The UNCONSCIOUS is at your core of all your behaviour
The unconscious is where your beliefs and values reside, the things that have been stored to keep you safe through the memories stored since birth. These unconscious beliefs are at the control centre or the drivers of all your behaviours. Your unconscious is at your core. This is the control centre of your behaviours. Many of these were created when you were a child and before the age of 10 and often younger. Often our learned behaviours stem from watching the adults or primary carers as you were growing up and navigating your surroundings, learning what was safe and where there was danger.
Hypnosis is a natural state of trance experienced by all of us as we go into it just before falling asleep. Or when we are in deep concentration, focused or in tunnel vision.
Did you ever experience sitting in the classroom and going into a daydream? You still somehow knew when to speak and were able to answer questions. Or, driving along a road (highway hypnosis) and suddenly becoming aware of your surroundings, thinking you may have missed your turning because you had fallen asleep. Due to your unconscious operating and keeping you safe, while your conscious was being quiet for a moment.
Emotions are linked to the thoughts that have saved and stored in the unconscious. The answer is: the unconscious has created a way of letting you believe that it is keeping you safe.

3 x 90 minute £325.00 The 1st session we explore the problem and the impact in your life. We will also find out the underlying emotions and beliefs that are driving the problem. There will be a relaxation to introduce you to hypnosis. You may have some homework to do between our sessions.

There are many tools available to us; books, DVD’s, group meetings and courses. Hypnotherapy is a useful tool for areas of your life that are not working as well as you would like them to. These may include
