Typically this process will look like:

You will make a call.

We will have a chat about how the cigarettes are impacting you and why you want to quit.

 I will send you
homework for you to complete in the week before the appointment. The appointment will be a 3-hour session; Looking at the how and why of your smoking behaviour. How did it start and working through the techniques that take you back in control? You will receive a personalised Mp3 recording for you to listen to for up to 3 weeks after the session. Reinforcing change and remind you that you are free and in charge.
